Based in Perth WA, TFP is a technical solutions provider with 40 years of experience in vehicle engineering across a number of sectors, including mining & resources and the automotive industry. With significant experience in both heavy mobile equipment maintenance and excavator and shovel digging performance, TFP has a solid understanding of both the machine systems and proportional electro- hydraulic controls, as well as maintenance procedures and practicalities, enabling us to provide safe and reliable solutions that work all day, every day.

DPHU-110
The TFP DPHU-110 is a high powered and versatile power-pack designed to meet the needs of modern mining equipment maintenance.
Available in single, dual or triple circuit configuration to allow movement of up to 3 actuators in one setup, such as excavator bucket changes
High quality components are carefully chosen and assembled under ISO 9001 QA. All TPF PowerPacks are Australian manufactured and supported.
Operators manual are supplied and SOPs can be developed for specific tasks at additional cost.
Various configurations are available, with or without integral reel cabinet that comprises 5 high pressure, high flow dual hose reels, each reel carrying 2 x 18 meters of pressure and return for one circuit on the same reel. Dedicated dual travel brake release and dual case drain reels

TRAINING

TFP is able to provide a subject matter expert (SME) for operator training and verification of operator competency (VOC) at a daily rate.

Where on-site training is required outside Perth Metro area, travel expenses will be invoiced to the customer account.

TFP can develop standard operating procedures for specific tasks if required

Operator and maintenance manual are provided

Parts list provided

Service kits are available from TFP. Service is only required at 500 hour intervals
